Female intimate surgery
This covers the procedures that correct the shape, the volume or the discomfort of the external genital area: labiaplasty — with or without reduction of the clitoral hood —, augmentation of the labia majora with fat transfer, reduction of the mons pubis, and vaginoplasty or perineoplasty. Also vulvovaginal laser treatment, which is offered with its limits clearly stated.
The indication always comes from the examination: normal vulval anatomy varies enormously and there is no correct shape to compare yourself with. When the problem belongs to gynaecology — prolapse, incontinence or atrophy — we refer you on.
Male intimate surgery
What can be corrected, and what cannot. At ICPM we perform penile girth enhancement, glans augmentation and scrotoplasty. We do not perform penile lengthening and we do not inject permanent fillers, and the reasons are set out with the evidence in front of you.
The assessment begins by separating perceived size from actual size, and by identifying the cases that belong to another specialty.
