Returns and Right of Withdrawal

This page explains how to return a purchase and how to exercise your right of withdrawal. It
forms part of the General Terms of Sale.

1. You have 14 days to change your mind

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar
days, without giving any reason and without any penalty.

The period starts on the day you receive the product, or on the day you
buy the package in the case of a treatment package.

2. How to exercise it

All you need to do is tell us before the period ends, by any of these means:

You can use the form in section 7, but it is not compulsory: any unequivocal statement
that you are withdrawing is valid. We will confirm receipt in writing.

3. When you CANNOT withdraw

The law sets out some exceptions that, in a shop like this one, are worth knowing before you
buy:

  • Products sealed for reasons of hygiene or health protection, once
    opened.     This is the case with compression garments and
    medical skincare: they reach you sealed and, if you break the seal, they can no
    longer be returned. If you are unsure about the size, write to us before opening it and we will help you.
  • Packages whose sessions have already begun. As long as you have not started the
    treatment you can withdraw and the full amount is refunded. If you have already had any sessions,
    the proportional part for what has already been provided is deducted.
  • Products made or adapted to measure following your instructions.

These exceptions do not apply if the product arrives faulty, damaged or is not
the one you ordered: in that case see section 6.

4. How to return the product

  • Return it within 14 days at the latest from the day you tell us you are
    withdrawing.
  • In its original packaging, with the seal unbroken and the labels still attached.
  • You can bring it to the clinic—the simplest option, and free—or send it to: Instituto de Cirugía
    Plástica del Mediterráneo, Calle Ángel Villena 36, bajo, 46013 Valencia, Spain.
  • If you choose to send it, the cost of the return is yours, unless
    the product arrived faulty or was the wrong one.

5. When you get your money back

We refund everything you paid, including standard shipping costs, within
14 calendar days at the latest from the day you tell us you are withdrawing, and
using the same payment method you used. If you chose a faster delivery than the
standard one, the difference is not refunded.

We may wait until we have received the product—or until you show us that you have sent it—before
issuing the refund.

6. If the product arrives faulty or is not the right one

Write to us and we will sort it out: we will exchange it or refund the amount, at no
cost to you, including the return shipping.

In addition, the products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity: we are liable
for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of
delivery, under Articles 114 onwards of the consolidated text of the General Law for the
Protection of Consumers and Users. Keep your invoice, which is the proof of the
purchase date.
