This page explains where we ship, how much it costs and how long it takes. It forms part of the
General Terms of Sale.

The shipping cost is calculated and shown before you confirm payment. The
free-shipping threshold—€150 for all of Spain and Portugal and €300 for the rest of Europe—applies to the value of the products as you pay it and after any coupons have been deducted.
Outside the European Union—the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra—we do not ship for now: those shipments go through customs, and we would rather not offer one that arrives with unexpected charges. Within the Union, we do not currently ship to Cyprus, Malta, Madeira or the Azores either; treatment packages, which are not shipped, can still be bought from there.
2. Preparation time
On top of the transit times, allow up to 5 working days for
preparation (orders usually leave sooner). Orders confirmed on a Friday afternoon, at weekends or on public holidays
start being prepared on the next working day.
3. Collection at the clinic
It is the fastest option and it is free. We will let you know by email when your order
is ready, and you can collect it at:

Bring your order number. If someone else is collecting it, tell us their name.
4. Home delivery
Delivery is made by Correos Express anywhere in Spain—the mainland, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla—and by UPS to Portugal and the rest of the European Union, to the address you give us. If nobody is in at the time of
delivery, the courier will leave a notice and try a second delivery or tell you how to collect
the parcel.
Check the parcel when you receive it. If it arrives visibly damaged, note it on the courier’s
delivery slip and write to us the same day: that way we can claim from the courier and replace
your order at no cost to you.
5. Treatment packages are not shipped
Treatment packages are products with no physical form: they do not need a delivery
address or add shipping costs. You will receive the code by email and it will be registered in
your name at the clinic. If your order combines a package and a physical product, shipping is
charged only on the physical product. The sessions take place at our clinic in Valencia: you can buy the package from any country and book the sessions when you come.
6. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
We ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla with Correos Express for €7.95, and free from €150, at the same price as in the rest of the shop. All other shipping costs, including export customs clearance, are already included in the product price.
As the parcel goes through customs, delivery takes 4-7 working days from dispatch, and we will ask for your ID card or passport number at checkout. On delivery, customs may require payment of IGIC in the Canary Islands, in some cases, or of IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla.
