Description
Mascara with a serum: it works as make-up, conditions and, according to Colorescience, helps lashes grow longer and break less.
What it does
It is a “tubing” mascara: it wraps each lash in a film that lasts all day and slides off in one piece when you wash your face at night, without rubbing. Inside, it contains peptides and plant extracts that, according to the brand, support the lash growth cycle, and panthenol and jojoba to hydrate the lashes so they break less. The colour comes from iron oxides. The brand presents it as clinically proven to lengthen lashes.
Who it is for
Fine, short or fragile lashes, and anyone who wants to care for them without giving up mascara. It contains no prostaglandin analogues (those in some lash serums, which can darken the eyelid or the iris), so it is a more reassuring option for everyday use.
Key ingredients
- Peptides — lash density and thickness, according to the brand
- Plant extracts — growth and less shedding
- Panthenol and jojoba — hydrate and add elasticity
- Iron oxides — the black colour
Actives according to the distributor’s catalogue and the manufacturer’s data sheet. The full ingredient list (INCI) is the one printed on the pack, and that is the one that counts: it may vary between batches and markets.
How to use it
Like any mascara, from root to tip; it can be applied in several coats. At night it comes off with your cleanser and lukewarm water, without a bi-phase make-up remover and without rubbing.
Size
8 ml. Black.
