Order Tracking

Here you can see where your order is. You do not need an account: in this shop you buy as a guest, and to look up your order you only need two details that are already in your confirmation email.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Where to find those two details

  • The order number is in the subject line of the confirmation email you received when you bought.
  • The email address is the one you entered at checkout, the same one that received that confirmation.

What each status means

  • Processing: the payment has gone through and we are preparing your order. This takes up to 5 working days (usually less).
  • Completed: it has been dispatched to your address, or it is ready to collect at the clinic. Either way, we will let you know by email.
