The treatments we carry out at the clinic, in packages of several sessions. The reason they are sold this way is not commercial: almost none of these treatments works in a single session. Morpheus8, CoolPeel or a course of INDIBA are planned as a series from the start, and buying the package works out better than paying session by session.
There are packages for devices (Morpheus8, CoolPeel, IPL, facial and body INDIBA), injectables and biostimulation (Sculptra, Smart DNA), peels (glycolic 40%, 3 Step Peel, Retix, Retibooster) and drainage and massage (facial and body lymphatic drainage, the Renata method).
A package is not an appointment. When you buy it you reserve the sessions and their price; then you call or message us and we book them in when it suits you. And if the treatment is not the right one for you, we will see that at the first visit and it can be changed or refunded.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to use all the sessions in a row, and do they expire?
You have 12 months from purchase to use them. They are not back to back: we schedule them at the interval each treatment requires, and if something comes up in between, they are paused and resumed.
What if at the first session you tell me this treatment is not for me?
Then it is not done. Before the first session there is an assessment, and if the treatment is not indicated in your case we will tell you and discuss it there and then to find one that is. We have no interest in doing sessions that are not going to work.
Can I give a package to someone else?
Yes, but the person who is going to use it must have an assessment first: these treatments are medical procedures, and we need to confirm they are indicated in their case. If they were not, we would discuss it with them and find the right treatment.
