Description
Depigmenting cream with tranexamic acid from AllSkin Med. It corrects the pigmentation you have and prevents what is to come, with a pearly finish that brightens from day one.
What it does
The formula’s three actives attack pigmentation by different routes, which is how the protocols that get results work.
Tranexamic acid acts on the inflammatory pathway that activates the melanocyte: it is currently one of the depigmenting agents with the best balance of effectiveness and tolerance, and unlike hydroquinone it can be used long term.
Niacinamide blocks the transfer of pigment already made towards the surface and strengthens the barrier along the way. Bakuchiol comes along as a conditioning agent: it is called a “plant retinol”, but it is not a retinoid and does not share its mechanism; what it does have is a very good tolerance profile.
The mica and silica in the brightening complex give the pearly finish, which is an immediate optical effect.
Who it is for
Pigmentation, uneven tone and dull skin, and also prevention for anyone who has had pigmentation before. Without daily sunscreen, no depigmenting agent wins the battle.

How to use it
Once a day on the clean, dry face, avoiding the eye area. Start gradually and build up as tolerated. Broad-spectrum sunscreen while you use it.
If your skin gets irritated easily, try it first on a small area for a few days before extending it to the whole face.
