Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the three retinol emulsions—Mild, Medium and High?
The retinol concentration, and therefore the step you start on. Mild is for beginners or sensitive skin; Medium when you have been tolerating it for months; High only if your skin handles it well and you want to correct texture or pigmentation. All of them are used at night.
Is it a pharmacy brand or a professional brand?
A professional one: it is sold in clinics and consulting rooms, not on the shelves of a perfumery. That is why its active concentrations are higher than those of a mass-market brand with the same ingredient name on the label.
Are the ampoules any use if I am not having a treatment?
Yes. The Brightening and Regenerative Ampoules are designed for courses of a few weeks—before an event, at the change of season, after the summer—and work on their own. They do go further if they accompany an in-clinic treatment.
