Description
Gentle-cleansing syndet shampoo from AllSkin Med, step 2 of its Scalp & Hair Collection. It cleanses the scalp and hair gently and is suitable for frequent washing.
What it does
“Syndet” means it cleanses with mild synthetic surfactants instead of soap. They remove oil and dirt less harshly than soap does, which is why it suits frequent washing and every scalp type.
It contains wild olive root cells, a plant stem cell extract, and METFORHAIR®, the technology against follicle ageing shared by the whole collection.
It does not treat dandruff or flaking: for that, the brand has its Exfoliating Shampoo.
Who it is for
All scalp types, oily or dry, for regular washing: as part of the collection’s routine or as a gentle everyday shampoo. If there is hair loss, persistent itching or flaking, it should be assessed at a consultation.

- METFORHAIR® — patented Cantabria Labs technology with extracts of Galega officinalis, resveratrol and sea buckthorn. In the manufacturer’s ex vivo study on human follicles exposed to an oxidising agent, it reduced the cell senescence markers (P53 and P21) and increased the proliferation marker (Ki67)
In the manufacturer’s use study, with frequent use for 28 days under dermatological and ophthalmological control, it cleansed deeply and gently.

How to use it
On a wet scalp. Massage the scalp and hair with your fingertips for a couple of minutes, then rinse. How often depends on your scalp: more often if it is oily, less often if it is dry. On exfoliating days it comes after the Renewal Scrub Shampoo, and the Recovery Mask goes after it.
Avoid the eyes; if it gets in, rinse with water.
