Description
Heat-protecting hair serum from AllSkin Med, step 3 of its Scalp & Hair Collection. It is applied from mid-lengths to ends and is not rinsed off.
What it does
It does three things for the hair fibre: it protects it from the heat of hairdryers, straighteners or curling tongs (the brand states up to 232 °C), provides antioxidants with vitamin C and helps restructure damaged fibre. What you notice is shine and lightness.
It is worth knowing what it does not do: the hair fibre is dead tissue, so no serum “cures” it. It protects it and improves its surface while you use it; new hair depends on the follicle.
Who it is for
Hair damaged by heat, by chemical treatments such as colouring, bleaching or straightening, or by the sun; rough or dull ends. And anyone who often uses straighteners or a hairdryer.

- METFORHAIR® — patented Cantabria Labs technology with extracts of Galega officinalis, resveratrol and sea buckthorn. In the manufacturer’s ex vivo study on human follicles exposed to an oxidising agent, it reduced the cell senescence markers (P53 and P21) and increased the proliferation marker (Ki67)
In the manufacturer’s use study, daily for 28 days under dermatological control, measurements with a hair videomicroscope (Aramo® ASW 300F) showed a restructured cuticle: less roughness, less structural damage and more shine.

How to use it
One pump: warm it between your hands and spread it from mid-lengths to ends, on dry or damp hair, combing through with your fingers. If needed, finish with a comb so it is evenly spread. Do not rinse. Daily, or depending on how damaged the hair is; if you are going to use a hairdryer or straighteners, apply it before.
Do not apply it to the scalp, and avoid the eyes.
