What it involves
Smart DNA Therapy is Retix.C’s in-clinic antioxidant therapy, built around four of the skin’s barriers: the microbiological, the chemical or hydrolipidic, the physical—photoresistance and DNA protection—and the immunological.
The central active is ferulic acid. Its value goes beyond neutralising free radicals: reactive oxygen species can react with the bases of DNA and cause strand breaks, and ferulic acid reduces that oxidative load inside the fibroblast.
The peptides work in synergy with it. In antioxidant capacity tests, acetyl tetrapeptide-2 outperformed the available forms of vitamin C, and acetyl hexapeptide-51 is linked to DNA repair pathways.
TGF-β2 growth factors complete the formula.
Who it is for
Dull skin, photoageing and environmental stress, in any skin type, including sensitive and reactive skin. It is the brand’s best-tolerated in-clinic therapy.
What a session is like
An in-clinic session in several steps, painless and with no peeling afterwards. At the end the skin looks radiant straight away, which is one of its charms.
What to expect
The radiance is immediate. The deeper work on the skin’s resilience builds up over the course; the sessions are spaced about two to four weeks apart.

It is not a treatment for deep wrinkles or laxity, nor is it a peel. It works on protection, quality and radiance.
