Description
Depigmenting serum with retinoids and kojic acid from AllSkin Med. Four different mechanisms against pigmentation in the same formula: renew, suppress, brighten and exfoliate.
What it does
Hyperpigmentation does not always have the same origin—solar, hormonal, post-inflammatory—which is why the protocols that work combine routes. This formula does so explicitly.
Cell renewal comes from the retinoids delivered with RetinSphere: they speed up keratinocyte turnover and, with it, the removal of pigment already deposited.
Production is suppressed by kojic acid, a tyrosinase inhibitor derived from rice fermentation, and by N-acetylglucosamine, which interferes with the activation of that same enzyme.
Niacinamide blocks the transport of pigment towards the surface, and salicylic acid exfoliates and helps the rest penetrate.
Without a broad-spectrum sunscreen this product works in vain: the brand itself warns of this.

How to use it
Shake before use. Morning and/or night on the clean skin of the face and neck, or following the schedule given in consultation. Broad-spectrum sunscreen while you use it.
Contains vitamin A (a retinoid). It is applied at night, and sun protection is essential during the day. Start twice a week and build up as your skin tolerates it. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding: ask your doctor.
Contains salicylic acid (BHA). If you notice dryness or peeling, space out the applications. Do not use it on damaged or irritated skin.
