Description
Exfoliating scalp shampoo from AllSkin Med, step 1 of its Scalp & Hair Collection. It removes what builds up on the scalp and leaves it clean for whatever you apply next.
What it does
Sebum, dead cells and residue from other products, such as mousses, hairsprays or dry shampoos, gradually build up on the scalp. The sucrose granules provide gentle mechanical exfoliation: as you massage, they sweep that layer away, and they dissolve in water, so no grains are left in your hair.
The brand presents it as a “reset” for the scalp: with a clean surface, the shampoo, lotion or serum that follows acts on the skin rather than on residue.
It also contains METFORHAIR®, Cantabria Labs’ technology against follicle ageing, shared by the whole collection.
Who it is for
A scalp that tends to be oily, feels heavy or has a build-up of styling products. Also as preparation before a lotion or an at-home hair treatment. It is not a treatment for dandruff or hair loss: if there is heavy flaking, persistent itching, plaques or hair loss, it should be assessed at a consultation.
Key ingredients
- Sucrose granules — physical exfoliant that dissolves in water
- METFORHAIR® — patented Cantabria Labs technology with extracts of Galega officinalis, resveratrol and sea buckthorn. In the manufacturer’s ex vivo study on human follicles exposed to an oxidising agent, it reduced the cell senescence markers (P53 and P21) and increased the proliferation marker (Ki67)
In the manufacturer’s use study, twice a week for 28 days under dermatological and ophthalmological control, it visibly removed impurities and residue without damaging the scalp.

How to use it
Twice a week, on a wet scalp and only on the scalp, not on the lengths. Massage gently with your fingertips and rinse with plenty of water until the granules dissolve. In the collection’s routine it comes before the Anti-aging Shampoo.
Mechanical exfoliant. Do not rub hard, and do not use it on wounds, irritation or a recently treated scalp. Avoid the eyes; if it gets in, rinse with water.
