SPF 50 sunscreen with an adaptive tint from ZO Skin Health. High protection with colour correction: the pigments adapt to your skin tone as you spread it.
What it does
It is a sunscreen with organic filters—the so-called chemical ones—that absorb radiation and release it as heat. In exchange for a much lighter texture than a mineral sunscreen, it has to be applied 15 minutes before exposure so that the film can form.
Plant-derived melanin adds defence against high-energy visible light. And the iron oxides—which provide the colour—have a double role here: as well as evening out skin tone, iron oxides are currently the ingredient with the most evidence against visible light, which is why tinted sunscreens are specifically recommended for melasma.
ZOX12 provides the antioxidant, and tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate the stable vitamin C, which works on pigmentation.
Who it is for
Anyone who wants high protection with a touch of coverage and cannot stand the texture of mineral sunscreens. Particularly suitable if you have pigmentation or melasma, because of the iron oxides.

How to use it
Apply generously 15 minutes before exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and after sweating or swimming. For babies under 6 months, ask your paediatrician.
