    Gynaecomastia Vest 5007-2

Sleeveless compression vest for gynaecomastia and trunk liposuction. Arms free.

    €120.00 incl. VAT

Compression vests for after gynaecomastia surgery. They compress the chest and flanks in a single piece, which is the way to avoid two edges overlapping—that is where marks and steps in the skin come from.

We have the two lengths you need: the short vest, when only the chest has been treated, and the long vest, when the surgery has extended to the abdomen or the flanks. Both open at the front, have wide straps that do not dig into the shoulder, and are made of breathable compression fabric.

They are cut for male anatomy: that means wider armholes, straps set further apart and a fit that does not tighten at the neck. Made in Spain by VOE.

Frequently asked questions

Short vest or long vest?
It depends on how far the surgery extends: short if only the breast has been treated; long if the abdomen or flanks have also been treated, which is usual when gynaecomastia surgery is combined with liposuction of the trunk. Your surgeon will tell you.
Can it be worn under clothes without showing?
Yes, that is normal: under a T-shirt or a shirt it does not show. The fabric is thin and has no prominent seams, although in the first weeks you will notice the bulk of the compression itself.
Can I use a sports compression vest instead?
No. A sports garment compresses to support muscle in motion, not to control the swelling of a freshly operated area, and its seams are not designed to fall away from a scar. It is a saving that can cost you the result.
