What it does
It is the brand’s purely mechanical exfoliant. Magnesium oxide in ultra-fine crystals works like a very gentle at-home microdermabrasion: it removes the layer of dead cells that dulls the skin’s reflection of light, and the effect shows the same day.
It contains tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, the fat-soluble, stable form of vitamin C, so the step is not just about buffing: it also adds antioxidant action and works on tone.

Who it is for
Dull, textured skin, especially if you want an immediate result. On dry or sensitised skin, use it only occasionally: the formula contains fragrance and tea tree oil.

How to use it
After cleansing, massage a small amount over the damp face and neck, 2-3 times a week at first. Rinse thoroughly.
If your skin gets irritated easily, try it first on a small area for a few days before extending it to the whole face.
