Description
Renewal serum with retinol and retinal, essential concentration from AllSkin Med. The entry concentration of the renewal serum: the same technology, the dose for starting out.
What it does
Retinduo brings together two retinoids with different speeds. Retinol needs two enzymatic conversions in the skin to reach retinoic acid; retinal has already taken one step and needs only one more, so it acts sooner and at a lower dose. The result is a staggered action.
Retinoids are the cosmetic active with the most literature on wrinkles, texture and tone. They are also the most poorly used: the irritation of the first few weeks is real and makes many people give up just before the results start to show.
That is why this concentration exists. Starting low and stepping up is the only schedule that works in the long term.
Edafence provides the anti-pollution technology, and niacinamide supports tone and barrier.
Who it is for
Your first time with retinoids, or skin that has not tolerated higher concentrations well. The brand labels it retinol strength 1 and aims it at photoageing and dry skin.
Key ingredients
- Retinduo® (retinol + retinal + booster) — two retinoids with different speeds, at a starter dose

Composition and size according to AllSkin Med’s product literature (Cantabria Labs, March 2026). The full ingredient list (INCI) is the one printed on the pack, and that is the one that counts.
How to use it
At night, on the clean, dry skin of the face, avoiding the eye area. Start twice a week and build up as tolerated.
Contains vitamin A (a retinoid). It is applied at night, and sun protection is essential during the day. Start twice a week and build up as your skin tolerates it. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding: ask your doctor.
Retinol and exfoliating acids, never on the same night: alternate the nights—together they do not add up, they irritate. And on an open or scabbed wound, no retinol until the skin has closed: on an open wound it delays re-epithelialisation (Hung et al., 1989).
Size
50 ml.
