Description
Emulsion with retinol and depigmenting agents, high concentration from AllSkin Med. The high concentration in the depigmenting line with retinoids: for trained skin and established pigmentation.
What it does
It combines the two routes that work best on pigmentation. The retinoids—retinol and retinal, in the Retinduo technology—speed up keratinocyte turnover, so pigment already deposited rises and is removed sooner. It is an indirect but very effective route.
The depigmenting complex acts on production: tranexamic acid via the inflammatory pathway, niacinamide by slowing the transport of melanin and N-acetylglucosamine by interfering with the activation of tyrosinase.
Reoxderm provides the brand’s own antioxidant blend, and the hydrating and soothing complex offsets the irritation of the retinoids.
It is the highest concentration of the three, so it is not where you start.
Who it is for
Persistent pigmentation in skin already used to retinoids. It is strength 3 of the three, and the brand aims it at combination skin. If you are starting out, take the Mild and step up.

- Reoxderm® — the brand’s own antioxidant complex
Composition and size according to AllSkin Med’s product literature (Cantabria Labs, March 2026). The full ingredient list (INCI) is the one printed on the pack, and that is the one that counts.
How to use it
At night, on the clean, dry skin of the face, avoiding the eye area. Start gradually and build up as tolerated. High-factor, broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day.
Contains vitamin A (a retinoid). It is applied at night, and sun protection is essential during the day. Start twice a week and build up as your skin tolerates it. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding: ask your doctor.
Retinol and exfoliating acids, never on the same night: alternate the nights—together they do not add up, they irritate. And on an open or scabbed wound, no retinol until the skin has closed: on an open wound it delays re-epithelialisation (Hung et al., 1989).
