Description
Emulsion with retinol and depigmenting agents, mild concentration from AllSkin Med. The entry step in the depigmenting line with retinoids: this is where you start.
What it does
It works on pigmentation by two routes. The retinoids of the Retinduo technology speed up epidermal renewal and, with it, the removal of pigment already deposited; the depigmenting complex acts on its production and transport.
Tranexamic acid acts on the inflammatory pathway that activates the melanocyte—it is currently one of the best-tolerated depigmenting agents—niacinamide slows the passage of melanin to the keratinocyte and N-acetylglucosamine interferes with the activation of tyrosinase.
This is the lowest concentration of the three. Starting here is not going slowly: it is the only way to avoid having to stop after two weeks.
Reoxderm provides the antioxidant side, and the hydrating and soothing complex improves tolerance.
Who it is for
Your first time with retinoids, or sensitive skin with pigmentation. It is strength 1, the starter one. Once you have been using it for a few weeks without discomfort, move up to Medium.

Composition and size according to AllSkin Med’s product literature (Cantabria Labs, March 2026). The full ingredient list (INCI) is the one printed on the pack, and that is the one that counts.
How to use it
At night, on the clean, dry skin of the face, avoiding the eye area. Start twice a week and build up as tolerated. High-factor sunscreen during the day.
Contains vitamin A (a retinoid). It is applied at night, and sun protection is essential during the day. Start twice a week and build up as your skin tolerates it. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding: ask your doctor.
Retinol and exfoliating acids, never on the same night: alternate the nights—together they do not add up, they irritate. And on an open or scabbed wound, no retinol until the skin has closed: on an open wound it delays re-epithelialisation (Hung et al., 1989).
