Description
Emulsion with retinol and depigmenting agents, medium concentration from AllSkin Med. The middle step in the depigmenting line with retinoids.
What it does
The formula attacks pigmentation by two routes at once. The Retinduo retinoids speed up epidermal renewal, so deposited pigment is removed sooner; the depigmenting complex acts on the production and transport of melanin.
Tranexamic acid acts on the inflammatory pathway that activates the melanocyte, niacinamide slows the passage of pigment to the keratinocyte, and N-acetylglucosamine interferes with the activation of tyrosinase.
The progression of the line—Mild, Medium, High—lets you step up without changing product or starting tolerance from scratch.
Reoxderm provides the antioxidant side, and the hydrating complex offsets the dryness of the retinoid.
Who it is for
Skin that has already been on the Mild version for a few weeks without problems. It is strength 2 of the three, geared to combination skin.

Composition and size according to AllSkin Med’s product literature (Cantabria Labs, March 2026). The full ingredient list (INCI) is the one printed on the pack, and that is the one that counts.
How to use it
At night, on the clean, dry skin of the face, avoiding the eye area. Increase the frequency as tolerated. High-factor sunscreen during the day.
Contains vitamin A (a retinoid). It is applied at night, and sun protection is essential during the day. Start twice a week and build up as your skin tolerates it. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding: ask your doctor.
Retinol and exfoliating acids, never on the same night: alternate the nights—together they do not add up, they irritate. And on an open or scabbed wound, no retinol until the skin has closed: on an open wound it delays re-epithelialisation (Hung et al., 1989).
Size
