Exfoliating cleanser with salicylic acid from ZO Skin Health. A cleanser that also exfoliates: jojoba microspheres for buffing and salicylic acid for the pores.
What it does
In acne-prone skin, pores become blocked for two reasons at once: excess sebum and dead cells that do not shed. A cleanser that only removes oil leaves half the problem behind.
The jojoba microspheres are round and biodegradable—they are not microplastics—and provide gentle buffing. Salicylic acid, being fat-soluble, gets into the pore and dissolves the plug from within.
The vitamin E beads burst as you apply it and deliver the antioxidant at the moment of use.
Who it is for
Oily or spot-prone skin that needs to be cleansed and unclogged in the same step. For dry or sensitive skin, the hydrating cleanser or the emulsion cleanser is a better choice.

How to use it
Massage a small amount over the damp face and neck. Rinse thoroughly.
Contains salicylic acid (BHA). If you notice dryness or peeling, space out the applications. Do not use it on damaged or irritated skin.
Never on the same night as a retinoid: alternate the nights. Together they do not add up, they irritate.
